Experiences to Grow By
Mike Harvey was born and raised on the high plains of western Kansas. His character was developed through a combination of the values his family instilled and hard work. As a young man, he labored as a warehouseman, fence installer, and manager of a concrete plant. Mike learned a lot in those days and has maintained his lifelong respect for the values of working men and women.
Today, Mike and his wife have four adult children and nine grandchildren. Mike knows about planning for the future, and about hardships and challenges, too. The lessons learned from his life’s experiences inform his work. As an independent Certified Financial Planner with Family Wealth Management located at Union State Bank in Winfield, he works tirelessly to help families make the most of their financial plans. And while it’s a far different kind of job, reflecting his hard-earned credentials and economics education, Mike will tell you it’s the best job he’s ever had. Mike currently holds FINRA registrations 7, 24, 63, and 65 with LPL Financial, holds securities registrations in 15 states, and life and health insurance licenses in 10 states.
